• The design reduces tension in the arms and shoulders when doing stroke kicking because your thumbs are positioned down.

• You can sit on the Starboard for balance and strengthening of your back or for comfortable flotation.

• The patented board is 23" x 14" x 1.25". It is made of very durable closed cell foam.
